Admission & Payment Policy
Full payment of the agreed treatment package must be completed on the day of admission.
Payment is mandatory prior to the commencement of any treatment or service.
Partial payments, installment options, or deferred payments will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Failure to complete the full payment on the day of admission may result in cancellation or postponement of the scheduled treatment.
Patients must keep the payment receipt safely and should not lose it until the treatment process is fully completed.
Clients must complete full payment for the agreed treatment before leaving the premises.
Partial payments or deferred payments are not allowed once the treatment has commenced.
Clients are responsible for following all instructions provided before, during, and after the treatment.
The management and staff are not responsible for any injury, loss, or accident resulting from failure to follow instructions. personal negligence,
pre-existing medical or physical conditions not disclosed in advance.
Clients are advised to inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
Clients must maintain basic hygiene, discipline, and respectful behaviour within the premises.
Any misconduct, abuse, or violation of rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Patients or bystanders are legally liable for the cost of repairing or replacing hospital property damaged by them or their wards.
(NB: The Kerala Healthcare Service Persons and Healthcare Service Institutions Act 2012 (and its 2023 amendment) mandates that offenders pay twice the value of damaged property.)
Any damage caused to the clinic’s/property’s equipment, furniture, or premises by the client—intentional or accidental—must be fully compensated by the client.
The management reserves the right to determine the cost of damage, which shall be final and binding.
Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who violates these terms, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to staff or property.

The management shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, including but not limited to gold, cash, jewelry, or other valuables.
All such items are kept entirely at the owner’s risk.
The management shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents involving bystanders or children.
